Delivery Policy

  1. Shipping Areas
    We deliver to all areas within Singapore. International shipping are upon request only. 

  2. Shipping Fees
    A flat rate of $3.50 is charged for domestic deliveries unless otherwise stated in the listing. 
    For express and international deliveries, fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the order, as well as the delivery location. The fees will be displayed at checkout before you make your purchase, and they will be reflected in your order confirmation and invoice. 

  3. Delivery Timeframes 
    Our standard delivery timing are from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 10 pm, excluding public holidays.
     
    i) Standard Delivery:
    – within 2 to 4 working days (excluding processing time) for local deliveries

    ii) Express Delivery: 
    – Within 24 hours for local deliveries (excluding processing time) Contact us for rates
    – Order cut-off time for express delivery is 2 pm (SGT)

    Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to inform you of any delays and keep you updated on the delivery status of your order. 

  4. Delivery Process
    upon placement of your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email notifying you of the shipment. 

    Our delivery partners will attempt to delivery the order to you at the address provided during checkout. A signature may be required as proof of delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the delivery partner may contact you to arrange for another delivery slot, or they may leave a note with instructions for parcel collection. 

  5. Delivery Tracking
    you can track your order by using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email. You may also contact our customer service team for assistance with tracking your order.
