There will be a flat rate of $3.50 charged (unless otherwise stated) for all delivery. However you can cart out the redemption product together with your orders to save on the delivery fee. Vouchers do not require any physical delivery hence no need to pay for delivery.

To ensure the quality of our product, every products are packed only when it is ordered. Returns are not allowed unless product received was damaged and/or do not serve its meant purpose.

Yes, our products are all ready stocks unless stated preorder. However the quantity of each product may not be alot as we do not wish to keep old stocks, our stocks are only replenished when needed.

We strive to send out all orders (received before noon on Mon-Fri) the following day, thereafter it usually takes 1-2working days to be delivered. Orders made on weekend are usually delivered on Mondays. You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse hence please expect to receive your order within 2 days afterthat.
